Solar Smash is a free space shooter inspired by classic arcade games like Asteroids. In this game, you control a ship that must destroy asteroids while avoiding collisions with planets. There are no weapons, though you can use shields to protect yourself from damage.
You can choose to play single player or multiplayer. When playing solo, you can select one of three difficulty levels. Multiplayer allows up to four players to compete against each other.
For Android users you can use the Android emulator known as BlueStacks which allows you to run Android apps on Windows 10 PCs. This makes it easier to play games like Solar Smash without having to download the app directly from Google Play.
To use BlueStacks, you must first download the program onto your computer. You can find instructions here. Once installed, open the program and select “Install App”. Select “Google Play Store” and hit “Next.” Then follow the prompts to complete the installation process.
After installing the software, launch BlueStacks and navigate to the “Play Store” tab. Search for “Solar Smash” and select it from the list of results. Open the game and enjoy!

As we’ve mentioned, Solar Smash is a world destroying simulation game where players are given control over a fleet of ships and sent into orbit around planets to destroy them.
Using a combination of powerful weapons, including nukes and lasers, players can blast entire solar systems apart. Players can choose to destroy whole galaxies, or just one star system. Each destroyed star system releases energy that can power future missions.
Players can build up their fleets by collecting resources scattered across each planet. Resources can be collected using mining drones, or by sending out smaller vessels to collect them directly. Once a ship collects enough resources, it can be upgraded to increase its strength and capacity.
Each mission starts with a countdown timer that counts down to zero. When the timer reaches zero, a massive explosion occurs and sends the player’s fleet hurtling towards the surface of the target planet.
Depending on how close the player gets to the planet, the impact will vary. If the player manages to land a hit, the planet explodes and the player gains access to more powerful weapons.
If the player misses the planet entirely, the mission fails and the player loses everything. However, there is no penalty for missing a planet too far away. There is also no penalty for failing to destroy a planet.
Solar Smash is one of the best games on Android because it lets you play how you want. You can set up your own planet, or select one of the seven predefined ones.
There are no rules in this game; you can do whatever you feel like doing. But there are some things you might want to know about before playing.
Firstly, you have natural phenomena. These include meteors, black holes, meteor showers and moons. They can be found in the sky above each level. To use them, you must unlock them by completing certain tasks. For example, you can shoot down meteors by destroying asteroids.
Black holes can be used to suck up enemies. Moons can be shot into space. Meteor showers can be triggered by shooting stars.
Secondly, you have tools. These are represented by four different icons on your screen. Each icon represents a category of tool. For instance, the natural phenomenon icon is associated with meteorite weapons.
When you fire a weapon, it appears in front of you. If you hold down the trigger button, you can move around while firing. This makes it easier to aim.
The second icon is the black hole icon. With this tool, you can suck up enemies. Enemies disappear completely when sucked up. The third icon is the moon icon.
Shoot it towards the enemy base and it will travel across the map. Finally, the fourth icon is the meteor icon. Use it to fire missiles.
Thirdly, you have special powers. These are represented by a starburst symbol. As you progress through the game, you will gain power ups. Some of these give you extra lives, health points, shields, etc. Others let you perform special actions.
For example, the shield icon gives you protection against incoming attacks. The rocket icon allows you to launch yourself forward. And the sun icon lets you slow down time.
Finally, you have bonuses. These are represented by the number 1. You receive these every now and again during gameplay. Sometimes, they are required to complete a task. Other times, they simply make things easier.
Solar smash is an excellent game. It has great graphics, a fun soundtrack and challenging levels. The controls work well and the game is easy to pick up.
