Brawl Stars is a free-to-play action and strategy shooter for Android and iOS devices developed by Supercell, the studio that created Clash of Clans and Clash Royale. It belongs to the MOBA (Multiplayer Online Battle Arena) genre, taking aspects of classics like Overwatch and adapting them for mobile devices. As a good multiplayer, Brawl Stars offers different game modes, both solo and group, achieving experiences as varied as surviving in the purest Battle Royale style or infiltrating your opponents’ safe. Thus, it is a perfect experience for lovers of games like Fortnite or PUBG Mobile. One of the strong points of Brawl Stars is its cheerful and colorful design, typical of the Finnish studio’s titles. This can be enjoyed in its vibrant levels, but especially in the design of the 44 funny heroes (brawlers). Each of them has unique characteristics, so it is essential to choose correctly in order to be victorious in each game. In addition to this, each of the Brawl Stars games has an average duration of approximately 2-3 minutes, making it a fast-paced fun game that you can enjoy whenever you want, regardless of the free time you have.
Brawl Stars is a freemium isometric MOBA that combines action and strategy to bring the craziest and funniest battles to your Android and iOS devices. In it, you’ll have to take on the role of one of 44 characters or brawlers, each of them with their own characteristics and special attacks. These will be divided into different categories (Common, Special, Superspecial, Epic, Legendary and Chromatic) depending on their power and rarity. When we start playing only a small number of them will be available and we will have to unlock the rest through the in-game store, brawl boxes or through the so-called “trophy path”. This is a continuous league of Brawl Stars that lasts two weeks and rewards the best players with juicy rewards. The game has different modes, designed both to play alone and as part of a team of 3 against 3. The type of games and their rules are really varied because Brawl Stars offers modes focused on survival, to conquer the armored chamber of the opponents, championships, special events and even games in which you must demonstrate your skill with the ball (and guns!). Each of the games has an average duration of three minutes, so at no time is it a demanding title or one that requires an excessive investment by the player. In addition, it is a game that is updated very often and is constantly expanding, so you will always find interesting new features, modes and new brawlers.
As we have already mentioned, one of the strong points of Brawl Stars is the variety of game types it offers. Each of them is designed to be played alone or in teams of 3 against 3, but all of them are really entertaining and ensure that the game is never repetitive. The game modes of the title are the following:
If you have previously played Clash Royale, the micropayment system in Brawl Stars won’t take you by surprise, since it’s really similar. While it is true that the game offers the possibility of buying and improving your brawlers through payments with real money, the title offers the possibility of accessing all of this without spending a single euro. It is therefore a title that moves away from the practice of P2W (Pay to Win) and offers the player a completely free experience with full access to all its content if the player dedicates enough time to unlock it.
Brawl Stars is a fresh, fun and fast-paced title that offers an excellent balance between action and strategy to delight MOBA lovers. With a great selection of game modes, brawlers and continuous surprises and unlockables, this is a must-have title for anyone looking for a free game to have fun alone or with friends.
